Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Subtuli app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Subtuli is a mobile app for automatically generating video subtitles with Ukrainian speech recognition, styling them, and exporting the result.

Access to subtitle generation is provided via a subscription priced at $1.99 per week (the price may vary by App Store region).

The subscription renews automatically each week unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your App Store account.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel the subscription.

You agree to process only content you have the rights to, and not to use the app for unlawful purposes or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to bypass technical restrictions, rate limits, or the service’s protection mechanisms.

The videos and subtitles you create belong to you. We claim no rights to your content and do not use it other than to provide the app’s features.

The Subtuli app, its design, logo, and source code belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to the Subtuli brand.

The app is provided "as is". Speech recognition may contain inaccuracies; we do not guarantee error-free subtitles. Review the result before publishing.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
