Common questions

  • How do I cancel the subscription?

    Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Subtuli → Cancel Subscription. Access remains until the end of the paid week.

  • Transcription is inaccurate

    Recognition works best with clean audio. Any word can be fixed manually in the timeline editor. If there are too many errors, email us with an example.

  • Video is not saved to the gallery

    Make sure you granted Subtuli photo access in Settings. If the issue persists, email us your device model and iOS version.

  • Refunds

    Subscription refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
